I made my realty show debut today, as John and Kate plus 8 are no more I’m their replacement. Ok now the truth – I went down to a auction this morning that had a kind of rare Vespa – a 1958 GS150 Mk4 with a similarly hard to find sidecar attached. It turns out it was part of a tv show that TLC are shooting and being that few people in south phoenix actually can a) speak English clearly b) are not on meth and c) have all their teeth, I was a shoe-in for an interview. I thought I would screw with the TV crew so they think I flew over for the auction especially.
Anyway, as the majority of scooter folk are out of town for the rally this weekend, I thought that I may be able to get a steal (as it had no reserve price). Well I got one bid in at $4500 but it sold for $10,600 which shows I know nothing. Whilst I could of gone that high, I rather save my money for my dream bike a Lammy TV175 III.

Was out last night for the annual pre-func at the Bikini Lounge ahead of the Mummy Mayhem rally.
Pretty good turn out, the lambretta crowd came down, can always hear Scotts exhaust from 2 blocks away, the rest of the scooters composed of a couple of sprints, a P or two and some stellas – I’m probably forgetting something but f**k it, its not important. What is important however, is that the beer was cheap, the music was good (some good soul) and I was looking sharp in my RAF emblazed retro jacket and Union Jacket chuck taylors – yeeeeehaaaa, but no pocket hankie – you can after all have too much of a good thing!!

Next on my list of items that need to be brought back to the forefront of fashion for the gentleman is the monocle Obviously, it is somewhat hard to take a picture of myself wearing the said fashion item, so my cat kindly offered to model it for me

Whilst I have always liked to add the odd silk hanky square to many a fine jacket – usually keeping it simple. However, I have decided that the art of pocket square folding is a lost one and needs to be saved. Friday night the staircase fold was unleashed onto Seattle.
